Hi, I'm O'ona Souissi, Executive Coach and Founder of Career On Purpose.
My clients are executives, managers and high-level specialists from large, complex organizations. They want to make a greater impact, get better at leading others through change, and find a more sustainable balance in their life. Most of them are expatriates or manage multi-country scopes.
I help them tackle those challenges effectively and build the meaningful career that they long for. So that they fulfill their potential and move their organization forward.
I bring them years of experience working with leaders across the globe as an Executive Coach and past HR professional. And the lessons learnt from my personal experience of those turning points that my clients face in their career.
In recognition of that work, Career On Purpose has the privilege to have won the Best Executive Coaching Firm title by the 2017 Netherlands Enterprise Awards.
I've worked with senior professionals at:
... and other global and local organisations in the IT, Health, Education and Non-Profit sectors.
Furthermore, I work with other corporate or independent coaches to help them position themselves strongly and accelerate their success within their organization or as their own boss .
Besides, I have been actively involved in spreading coaching to groups who have less access to it. I worked with the French ICF chapter on coaching junior enterprises. I took part in a pilot group to implement solidarity coaching in the Netherlands on behalf of the EMCC. I also support the mission of the American non-profit “Coach the global village” that trains NGO’s and non-profits on the coach approach for leaders.
I trained and earned my credentials as a certified professional coach through some of the most rigorous curricula of the coaching industry, such as:
As an accredited member of the International Coach Federation, I comply with the ICF Code of Ethics.
I have an M.A. in Political Sciences from Sciences Po Rennes and the University of Edinburgh, as well as an M.A. in Literature from the University of Rennes. I won a grant to join a pilot program on female entrepreneurship at the ESSEC Business School in Paris.
I am based near The Hague, in the Netherlands, and I coach in English and French. I work with clients worldwide, through Skype and over the phone, as well as in-person when geography allows it.
If you’d like to discuss your specific situation and see if I may be able to help you or some of your leaders, feel free to get in touch with me through my contact form.
