Complaint Procedure

In case of disagreement, the client is encouraged to discuss the matter with O'ona Souissi in the first instance. 

However, if this does not lead to the desired result or solution, a complaint can be sent via the form below or by post to third party: Coen Hamming, Leadership Coach and Trainer, at Goudsbloemdwarsstraat 10A, 1015 JZ Amsterdam. 

Confirmation that the  complaint has been received will be sent. 

The  third party mentioned above will take care of the complaint. You will receive a notification of the decision within four weeks.

Career On Purpose will at all times comply with the outcome. 

The complaint will be handled confidentially and kept for a period of 3 years.
