INTERNAL REGULATIONS


Preamble


These Internal Regulations apply to all participants enrolled in the distance learning programs provided by CAREER ON PURPOSE. Their purpose is to define guidelines for ensuring a positive and productive learning environment while outlining the mutual responsibilities of both the training provider and participants.

Scope of Application

These regulations apply to all distance learning activities organized by CAREER ON PURPOSE. They are shared with participants prior to the start of the training, and their acknowledgment ensures smooth participation.

Access to Training Platforms

  • Login Credentials: Each participant will receive personal and confidential login details.
  • Platform Availability: Training platforms are accessible 24/7, except during  maintenance periods.
  • Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate equipment and a stable internet connection to access the training content.

Participant Conduct

Participants are encouraged to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the training program.

  • Respectful Interaction: Communication with trainers and fellow participants should be courteous and considerate.
  • Active Engagement: Participants are encouraged to actively participate in live sessions, group discussions, and assignments.

Attendance and Progress Monitoring

  • Live Sessions: Participation in live sessions is highly recommended to foster engagement and learning. 
  • Assignments: Timely submission of assignments and active participation in discussions contribute to a good learning experience.
  • Support: If participants face challenges in keeping up, we are available to provide guidance and assistance.

Accessibility and Inclusion

CAREER ON PURPOSE is committed to providing accessible training for all, including participants with disabilities.

  • Adaptations: In order to ensure an inclusive learning experience, adjustments can be done in regards to the pace and timing of the training, the teaching methods, the evaluation of the knowledge and skills acquired during the course, the learning environment, and the teaching team. 
  • Accessibility Point of Contact: A dedicated contact person is available to discuss specific needs and arrange appropriate accommodations.
  • Network: A network of partners that can be mobilised on request.

Intellectual Property

All training materials provided are the exclusive property of CAREER ON PURPOSE.

  • Personal Use: Materials are intended for personal use only within the context of the training.
  • Prohibited Use: Sharing or distributing materials without permission is not allowed, as it could compromise the integrity of the training content.

Data Protection and Privacy

CAREER ON PURPOSE complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Data Use: Personal data collected during the training process is used solely for administrative and educational purposes.
  • Participant Rights: Participants can request access, modification, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us.

  • Collaborative Approach: Our aim is to work together to resolve any concerns, ensuring a satisfying experience for all.

Amendments to the Regulations

CAREER ON PURPOSE may update these regulations to reflect improvements or changes in practices. The latest version will always be accessible on this web page.

Acknowledgment of Regulations

By enrolling in any training provided by CAREER ON PURPOSE, participants acknowledge and agree to these Internal Regulations. 

These Internal Regulations are designed to foster an enjoyable, inclusive, and effective learning experience for everyone involved.
