LEARNING OBJECTIVES :

With the skills assessment REIGNITE, clarify the competences, aptitudes, motivations and desires on which to build. Open up the field of possibilities while taking into account the economic environment to define a coherent project for professional development.



PROGRAM CONTENT :

PHASE 1 - Preliminary : 


We analyze your needs and requirements to jointly determine the tools, methods, formats, and processes adapted to your situation and challenges.


PHASE 2 - Investigation : 


We study your personal and professional path. We identify your professional and personal knowledge and skills. We clarify your aptitudes, motivations, interests, and values. Based on this 360° assessment, we expand your horizons and identify the most promising avenues. Exploration, particularly in the field, enables you to build your career plan and verify its relevance to the economic needs of your target area. In this way, you can define an actionable choice and possibly work out alternatives so you can pivot if necessary.


PHASE 3 - Conclusion : 


We take stock of your strengths and areas for improvement, in the light of your career and/or training plans. Together, we determine the steps and means to implement them, including a follow-up session within 6 months. These elements appear in a summary, validated together and highlighting your assets, your professional choices, and your action plan.

PROGRAM ORGANIZATION:

Teaching methods and techniques : 


100% individualized distance coaching. 


Web-based learning platform accessible 24/7, including explanatory and inspirational videos, questionnaires and self-assessment tests, actions to be taken, guides and checklists, decision-making tools, etc.


The duration and content of the assessment can be tailored to your needs. It can last up to 24 hours over 100 days. 

Individual video interviews and online resources enable you to progress at your own pace. 


Throughout the assessment, you can contact the consultant by email or WhatsApp for feedback and advice on your thoughts or approaches.

Bonus access to a supportive community for up to 12 months, with free participation in 2 visio calls each month for the sharing of experiences. 

Monitoring of progress and results : 


During the program, the beneficiary completes assignments and fills in an attendance certificate.

 

At the end of the skills assessment, a summary is given to the beneficiary and he/she fills in a satisfaction questionnaire.

A follow-up session is organized six months after the end of the assessment.


ADMISSSION PROCEDURE :

Admission follows a free introductory interview. 

 

Estimated access time: 15 days.

 

Geographical scope of recruitment: International, accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. 

 

Language used: English or French, as chosen by the beneficiary.


SPECIFIC CONDITIONS AND PREREQUISITES :

Not applicable.


IN CASE OF A DISABILITY :

The assessment is open to all people, and all situations of disability will be taken into account within the limits of the skills, human and material resources offered as part of the training provided.

 

If necessary, the beneficiary will be referred to a partner organization in the CAREER ON PURPOSE network.

3500 Euros (VAT not applicable).
